At The Beauty Refinery, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon. Booking Fee

​

All first time Microblading ( Combo Brow) & Keratin clients will be invoiced a $100+hst booking fee via email automatically after booking. This amount will be credited off the service you book. It must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the apt will be cancelled. Please check your email and junk mail for your invoice and instructions on how to pay. The booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee covers time needed and supplies. Please check your schedule and plan accordingly. If you cancel with less then 24 hrs  or no show your booking fee is forfeited. Appointments can be rescheduled 1 time only with more than 7 days notice or deposited is forfeited.

Cancelation Policy 

​

Please note that once you have booked an appointment that means there is a reserved time slot exclusively for you. Please keep that in mind when booking any appointments.


Due to high demand for our services, we require that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list. 

​

Cancellations made within this timeframe will be processed without additional fees. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. 

​

No future appointments will be given until this fee is paid.


Business reserves the right to send $100.00 non refundable booking fee to any client who continuously cancels to hold any future visit.

Return Policy

​

All services, packages, invoices, promotions are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Retail items can be exchanged or returned so long as product is unopened and not damaged.
