Welcome to The Beauty Refinery!


At The Beauty Refinery, we are committed to providing a top-tier experience from the moment you step into our salon to when you leave. To maintain our high standards and ensure smooth operations, please review our policies below. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us, and we’ll gladly assist.

 

Final Sale
All packages, invoices, and promotions are final sale. No refunds will be issued.

Retail Policy
Retail products may be exchanged or returned only if unopened and undamaged. Retail purchases cannot be made using credits. Credits must be applied to services only.

 

Deposit Policy
Deposits for appointments must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled once with at least 7 days' notice. If rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice or a no-show occurs, deposit is forfeited. Deposits are for time and supplies and will not be refunded.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee no mater the service.

  • No future appointments will be allowed until the cancellation fee is paid.

  • For clients who continuously cancel, a $100 non-refundable booking fee may be required to hold future appointments.

 

Promotions
If a new promotion is introduced, we are unable to offer reimbursements for services purchased before the promotion, including any made within the last week or month.

 

These policies ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Credit Policy

  • Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

  • Credits apply to services only and cannot be used for retail products, gift cards, or cash.

  • Unused credits will expire after 12 months with no exceptions.

Membership Terms

​

  1. Membership Duration

    • Glow and Refine memberships require a 12-month commitment.

    • Memberships automatically conclude at the end of the 12-month term and do not auto-renew.

  2. Non-Transferable

    • Memberships are non-transferable and are solely for the registered member's use.

  3. Service Redemption

    • Members may select one service per month from their membership offerings.

    • Unused services do not roll over to subsequent months.

  4. Additional Rewards

    • Discounts on products and services are applied to regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or sales.

    • Rewards such as SkinPen discounts apply per treatment, not cumulatively.

Booking Policies

  1. Scheduling Services

    • Services must be booked and used within the membership month.

    • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at The Beauty Refinery.

  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

    • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the service being forfeited for that month.

Payment Terms

  1. Billing

    • Membership fees are billed automatically to the credit card provided at sign-up on the same date each month.

    • Fees are subject to HST and are processed monthly.

  2. Early Cancellation Fee

    • Membership cancellations before the 12-month term are subject to a $300 early cancellation fee.

    • This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

  3. Refunds

    • No refunds are issued for unused services, missed appointments, or processed payments.

Cancellation Policy

  1. How to Cancel

    • Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' written notice to thebeautyrefinery@hotmail.com.

    • The cancellation request must include the intended end date.

  2. Cancellation Fee

    • A $300 early cancellation fee applies if the membership is terminated before the 12-month commitment is complete.

Other Policies

​

  1. Freezing Memberships

    • Memberships cannot be paused, frozen, or extended under any circumstances.

  2. Switching Memberships

    • Members cannot switch between Glow and Refine memberships during the contract term.

  3. Substitutions

    • Membership services cannot be substituted for alternative treatments outside of the included options.
