At The Beauty Refinery, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon. Booking Fee

All first time Microblading/Lip Blush/ Potenza/ Keratin clients will be invoiced a $100+hst booking fee via email automatically after booking. It must be paid within 24 hrs of booking or the apt will be cancelled. Please check your email and junk mail for your invoice and instructions on how to pay. The booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee covers time needed and supplies. This fee will come off the total cost of your treatment. Please check your schedule and plan accordingly. If you cancel with less then 24 hrs your booking fee is forfeited. 

Cancelation Policy 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment that means there is a reserved time slot exclusively for you. Please keep that in mind when booking any appointments.

All appointments require 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule, less notice given will mean at charge of 50% of that treatment cost will be charged.  

No future appointments will be able to be until this fee is paid.

In the case of  'no shows' 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
